With 25 years of professional experience, Lakeena Bruno holds the current role of CFO and Executive VP, marked by a commitment to financial vision and success. She specializes in strategic financial leadership, with her focus on revenue growth playing a pivotal role in propelling organizations to new heights. Beyond this, Bruno actively contributes to performance enhancement, aligning financial strategies with operational efficiency, and providing hands-on HR oversight. Dedicated to ensuring not only the financial health but also elevating overall organizational performance, Bruno works closely with CEOs and executive teams. By leveraging tax planning strategies, she fortifies the organization’s financial foundation. Her multifaceted role extends beyond traditional CFO responsibilities, showcasing her commitment to fostering an environment of sustained growth and success.

Before her tenure at Bizzell, Bruno served as a Director of Finance, where she was responsible for the delivery of finance services, including accounting, treasury, forecasting and budgeting, and corporate cash flow management, with an understanding of FAR, DFAR, and CAS. She also served as an ISO Internal Auditor, assisting with refining and improving corporate processes and procedures to best support business and customer service objectives, thereby maintaining ISO 9001 and CMMI certifications. Bruno received her Master Certification in Government Contract Management and Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University.
