Chad J. Brown, DM, MPH, MBA

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

As the Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Dr. Brown assumes a pivotal executive role at Bizzell, directly reporting to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this capacity, Dr. Brown offers strategic leadership and operational guidance to the Office of the CEO and other senior executives, with a keen focus on advancing Bizzell US’s strategic objectives and translating the CEO’s vision into tangible outcomes.

With a wealth of experience spanning public health, public policy, and management domains, Dr. Brown brings invaluable expertise to Bizzell. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Mayor/Chief Administrative Officer for the City of New Orleans, where he played a key role in overseeing day-to-day municipal operations, managing substantial budgets, and spearheading innovative reforms.

Dr. Brown’s professional background extends across diverse sectors, encompassing both public and private enterprises nationwide. Prior to his tenure as Chief of Staff, he held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Growth at Bizzell US. Other past roles also include healthcare operations management, consulting for municipal entities in Louisiana, and project management in the private sector, particularly in the Washington, D.C. area.

Dr. Brown holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Additionally, he remains actively engaged in academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Xavier University of Louisiana.
