Through our various contracts, we have executed more than 2,000 meetings and teleconferences with nearly 100,000 participants and produced a variety of communication and training products that impact lives across the world.
National Office of Job Corps (NOJC)
Developed strategies and approaches to improve student outcomes beginning with the pre-enrollment phase and continuing throughout the students’ journey. Researched and planned the implementation and management of new tools and resources that addressed three distinct, but inter-related work areas focused on student services.
Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Care (OCC)
Developed communications to articulate agency messages and build relationships with children, youth, and family grantees and other partners. Coordinated logistics for national-and regionally-based technical assistance events in collaboration with agency staff. Maintained databases and coordinated meetings and webinars to deliver technical assistance to grantees throughout the country.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Quality Conference
Planned and executed a national conference with over 3,500 attendees to foster healthcare quality improvement collaboration, sharing, and learning. Designed multiple 508-compliant websites in responsive design for online registration, abstract submission, session schedules and descriptions, presentations, video footage, and event recaps.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medicare Learning Network (MLN)
Coordinated and delivered educational teleconferences to physicians, various providers and suppliers, and CMS central and regional offices within the Medicare system. Negotiated prices with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness of the teleconference delivery.
National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)
Executed over 96 meetings a year, attended by health professionals and advocates in the mental health space. Managed pre-meeting, on-site and post-meeting coordination, web and teleconference support, communications, special projects, and travel to support the mission and functions of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) related activities.
