To strengthen educational benefits for all, Bizzell employs a comprehensive range of services and solutions such as trainings, conferences, communications, quality reviews, benchmarks, and more. Through various contracts, we have executed over 2,000 meetings and teleconferences with nearly 100,000 participants and produced a variety of communication and training products that impact lives across the world.

Job Corps

National Office of Job Corps (NOJC) 

Developed strategies and approaches to improve student outcomes beginning in the pre-enrollment phase and continuing throughout students’ journey.  Researched and planned the implementation and management of new tools and resources to address three distinct, but inter-related work areas that focus on student services. 

Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Care (OCC) 

Developed communications to articulate agency messages and build relationships with children, youth, and family grantees and other partners. Coordinated logistics for national-and regionally-based technical assistance events in collaboration with agency staff. Maintained databases and coordinated meetings and webinars to deliver technical assistance to grantees throughout the country. 


Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Quality Conference 

Planned and executed a national conference with over 3,500 attendees to foster collaboration, sharing, and learning, of healthcare quality improvement. Designed multiple 508-compliant website in responsive design for online registration, abstract submission, session schedules and descriptions, presentations, video footage, and event recaps. 


Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medicare Learning Network (MLN) 

Coordinated and delivered educational teleconferences to physicians, various providers and suppliers, and CMS central and regional Offices within the Medicare system. Maintained the cost-effectiveness of the telecommunication delivery by negotiating the prices with vendors.

National Institute on Mental Health

National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) 

Executed over 96 meeting a year, attended by health professionals and advocates in the mental health space. Managed pre-, on-site and post-meeting coordination, web and teleconference support, communications, special projects, and travel to support the mission and functions of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) related activities.
